You can 
                use..
System.Windows.Forms.SystemInformation.MaxWindowTrackSize.Width 
                and 
                System.Windows.Forms.SystemInformation.MaxWindowTrackSize.Height 
                for getting the screen resolution. You can use some tips from 
                this article too..
