Structure for The table
ProcID int
Description Varchar[50]

I've the follwing piece of code

        try
                        {
                                SqlDataAdapter adapter = new

SqlDataAdapter("Select * from

process","server=Home\\Home;uid=sa;database=olb");
                                DataSet ds = new DataSet();
                                adapter.Fill(ds,"Procedure");
                                DataTable table =

ds.Tables["Procedure"];
                                DataRow row = table.NewRow();
                                row["ProcID"] = "800";
                                row["Description"]="Test Case";
                                table.Rows.Add(row);
                        //      adapter.Update(table);
                                DataTable inserts =

table.GetChanges(DataRowState.Added);
                                adapter.Update(inserts);
                        }
                        catch(Exception ee)
                        {
                                MessageBox.Show(ee.Message);
                        }
