Hi Ravi, There are two ways in which I could interpret your question. 1) Can you 
create an XP (xtended proc) from within the .NET framework? Yes. Use 
sp_addextendedproc (TSQL) . If I remember right , the syntax is something like   
sp_addextendedsproc [EMAIL PROTECTED] =] 'function',[EMAIL PROTECTED] = ] 'dllname'.   
dllname is the name of the dll containing the function.   2)Can you invoke an .NET dll 
from an XProc? Yes again. Just create a CCW ( Com Callable wrapper ) around the .NET
