To make ur application, localization dynamically without touch your code,
for that you need to write. Satellite assembly (nothing but resources file
other then nothing ). The basic steps involved is
1. Create the sample application (vb.net / c#)
2. Create new fallback resources Name the resources. - rightclick the
project -> add new items -> select resource file name it as MyResource then
this will create the file as MyResources.resx
fill the field in the resx file is name value pair.
in the code include. I am writing (C# code).
3. using System.Reflection
using System.Threading
using System.Resource
Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture = Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture;
ResourceManager rsmgr = new ResourceManager(
Namespace_name.defaultCultureName,Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly);
Console.Writeln("The name is " +rsmgr.GetString("Name of the resx file field
name");
~ This will give you default culture.
Then You have to do following steps to create satellite assembly.
Create text file for new locale (for French fr-FR) name it as
MyResourse.fr.txt
eg : the MyResource.fr.txt is
Name = Venkat.
Address = Bangalore

convert the .txt file to resources file using the following step.
> resgen MyResourse.fr.txt MyResourse.fr-FR.resources
making to satellite assembly.
> al /t:lib /embed: MyResourse.fr-FR.resources, Application
Name.defaultCultureName.fr-FR.resources /culture:fr-FR
/out:Application.resources.dll
This will create Application.resources.dll
> Go to your bin directory \debug create new directory on your culture name
and copy that dll into there.
i.e bin\debug\fr-FR\Application.resources.dll
Now go to start->control panel->Region setting and change to French-FRANCE
and run the application.
That all...

Hai Every one,
Can any one please explain me how can I develop an application
such that I can change my language dynamically example: French,German and so
onn.Will VB.NET automatically converts the default Language English to our
desired languages(French or German) ????. Please guide me how to achieve
this
