My requirement is to open a popup page from parent page and in popup I will change the data and get that data back to the parent page without loading the parent page again as the user may have entered some information in parent page before opening the popup window and I do not want to loose that data. I am using window.open to open my popup page and trying to get the data into a text box in parent page while closing the popup form. This is working in internet explorer but gives problems in navigator.
