Hi Vijayakumar,
 
BizTalk is a workflow engine. you can 
atomize the business process based on your requirements. BizTalk can talk 
COM,MSMQ,scripting language only. BizTalk 2004 Beta may support .NET but BizTalk 
2002 support only the above three. 
 
You should have SQL Server Enterprise 
edition.
Install 
IIS
Install MSMQ
Install BizTalk 2002 from CD.
 
If you would like to use BizTalk tool you no 
need to write any extra programming. If you would like to invoke you business 
process using BizTalk APIs you have to write the code.
BizTalk is mainly configuration not coding. 
What ever the business component need to interact those should be COM,MSMQ or 
scripting only.
 
Once you install the BizTalk there is doc 
and SDK also available to write using BizTalk API's.
