Hi Arpita

If you have your excel sheet in a format (which looks like a table structure - ie. it 
has tabular data of rows  & columns), you can use ado.net to open excel file

You can use dataset's writexml method to write it out OR write your own xml tags by 
looping thru rows & columns

Alternatively, you can also open Excel files using excel object library & read the 
sheet data & make xml yourself
