Its proven, been in the market for sometime now and we all are comfortable with the technology. I dont think the Yukon exams will appear before next year for us to give a crack at. And moreover there are tons of new features we need to get acquainted with Yukon. So my personal suggestion is to hit the roads with the SQL Server 2000 Certification exam and go for the upgrade (if one comes up for SQL 2k to Yukon) ....
