The first time the page is accessed, it compiles into an assembly and the code that is required JIT stores in memory.Because of this flow the first time access is slow. But from the second time onwards, the code that is the memory gets executed, thereby increases the speed. If u restart the server and thereby restart the IIS, the JIT compiles it again. JIT compilation will take place if u move the source of the code from one location to other and when u restart the IIS server.
