hi, could u be more specific with ur requirements? try using
(?i:^AMERICAS\\)([a-zA-Z_]{1,})(_{1,1})([a-zA-Z_]{1,}) ... but i'm sure about what u
want. For case insensitive comparison, use RegexOptions.IgnoreCase option in the
Regex constructor. If u need to validate the string wherein one part is case sensitive
and the other not, then use nested regexs with the appropriate options. Attached is a
tool to test regexes ... it'll make ur job easier. - Raghu
