Hi Gnanasekaran ,   It's quite simple,i suggest the best way is as follows:   1. u can 
import the file if its on HTTP/FTP server to your pc/server 2. Serialize the data in 
file into class e.g u might have a load() method that will load the data from file 
into class (properties),and a save() method which will deseriallize the properties of 
class into database,u can use stored procedure to get/save data from db.   I have done 
this way for my data importer module.it's fast and very object'y too.   hope it
