My name is S.Shiva Prasad Nayak, i am an As/400 Java
programmer and got training in .Net as well in my
company.

There are different ways to solve MVC design
pattern.
I will compare Java with .Net may be this will help
U.

MVC (Model View Controller)

In Java:=
Model - Java Bean or an EJB (Enterprise version).
View - JSP
Controller - Servlet

Comparing to .Net u can implement as follows

Model - Com+ services of .Net with transaction
services, Isolation Level, .....

View - ASP.Net for Browsers, Windows Form for GUI,
Mobile web page for Hand Held devices

Controller -
Class controller ( U can bifurcate business class
(bussiness logic), entity class (database queries))

In our company we have implemented a pilot project
by
following above techniques it works fine.

Hope may be it will help U, as i am a AS/400 Java
programmer i have not worked much on .Net, only i
can
compare the technolgies at this point of time.

C U

Bye
Shiva Prasad Nayak
