    Dont perform a commit in the SP 
(pass some kinda of parameter to the sp the explicitly skips the commit 
statement through some if else statemet) if you are calling within a trasaction 
..

                Ravi,
                How can we roll back a commited transaction..As I said 
                ,what ever statements inside stored proc..this get 
                commited..
