Hi Vinod,
            Thanks for you reply.
I am generating a dynamic sql in stored procedure and want to execute that dynamic sql 
by using EXEC sp_executesql @dynamicSQL,@param1,@parm2. This sp_executesql accepts 
first parameter as DSQL query and then you can pass list of variables/values to be 
used in that DSQL. My problem is that length of my DSQL is getting increased above 
4000 and sp_executesql is unable to process this query. Is there any way I can execute 
a DSQL of length more than 4000 using �sp_executesql/any other way� such that I should 
be able to pass values to my DSQL.

Note: I need to pass parameters/values to generate my DSQL based on those passed 
values.(you can interpret @param1 and @param2 as some values).

Hope I am clear with this. I will attach my SP otherwise.
