Hi All, I am using data reader and i have null values in some of the columns. To
mind u i have around 70 columns in the table. So when i read the data from data
reader i have to always check isdbnull for each column. other wise it will throw a
exception. Is there any default proprety by setting which i get null by default.
Here is my code While objDataReader.Read()
intModelID = objDataReader.Item("SPECIALFIELD")
intEventType =
objDataReader.GetInt32(objDataReader.GetOrdinal("EVENTTYPE"))
............................
If Not IsDBNull(objDataReader.Item("PARENTEVENTID")) Then strParentEventID
= objDataReader.Item("PARENTEVENTID")
intCustomerID = objDataReader.Item("CUSTOMERID")
