I have to generate reports online. I have used <% Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel"%>, to directly send the outout to Excel. But the problem is while trying to open from location and printing it. the page is not formatted. i.e The required Page Setup is LandScape, with Header in everypage and no. of rows limited to exactly the page height (Remember in Landscape), and in the next page I have print the header and the next records etc.... I have tried my best but not able to get a formatted Output. :( Is there asome Javascript to Automatically setup the page, and what would be the logic to limit the rows in the page I have been successful in limiting no. of records but its the Formatted Output.
