Hi Jayaveer,   Right click on Project1 from Solution Explorer and select its 
Properties. Under Common Properties-> General settings, select Output type as Class 
Library. Build Project1. Now in Project2 add a reference to Project1. Now place a 
button on form2 in Project2 and on the button click event create a new instance of 
form1 something like the code below -  
Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) 
Handles Button1.Click
        Dim objfrm As New SecondApp.frmsecondapp
        objfrm.Show()
