Hello,
Create a formula field & put the following value in the formula text

NumberVar sr;
WhilePrintingRecords;
If OnFirstRecord Then
sr := 1
else
if {mycondition_where_Increment_sr}
sr := sr + 1
sr
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
replace {mycondition_where_Increment_sr} with ur condition, where u would want ur Sr
to increment
In other case, sr would not increment & would show the value of previous sr. You can
suppress visibility of Sr no, based on
{mycondition_where_Increment_sr}
does this help ?
