----------------------------------------------------------- From: kumarm Message 1 in Discussion Hai Everyone I my webapplication I declared a variable as private editbln as boolean I have three image button (Edit,save,new) When i am click the edit button , i am changing the Editbln to false and I click the Save buton i can update the records When i am click the new buttong , i am changing the Editbln to true and i click the save buttong i can add the new records While inserting the new records i work the fine, the Editbln is true But when i go update a record , I click the editbutton the Editbln is false, after i changing the value Then i click the Savebutton , immediately the Editbln changed to true. So that i cant able to update the record everytime i go to the insert function.
