For Single quote problem use encode or replace function to replace single
quotes to 2 single quotes. This method may solve your problem.<o:p></o:p>

encodeData = value<o:p></o:p>
End Function<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p> To avoid blank line in the database. Before insert the data in the DB
check whether the value from the control not equal to null <o:p></o:p>
Eg.<o:p></o:p>
Checkval = txtNotes.text<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
If len(Checkval)>0 then<o:p></o:p>
Insert data�<o:p></o:p>
Else<o:p></o:p>
