Hi Kiran   In datalist's declare a checkbox like this   <ItemTemplate>          
<Table>                 <Tr>                      <Td>                             
declare controls u want                      </Td>                        <Td>         
                    <asp:CheckBox id="TestCheck" Runat="server" />                     
  </Td>                 </Tr>          </Table> </ItemTemplate>   In datalist Delete 
command Insert the following code    
Dim objDgItem As DataListItem 
Dim objCheckSel As CheckBox 
Dim intnum As Integer = 0 
For Each objDgItem In DataList1.Items 
objCheckSel = CType(DataList1.FindControl("TestCheck"), CheckBox) 
If objCheckSel.Checked Then 
           Perform ur Delete operation here 
 
End If 
intnum = intnum + 1
