Hi
friends

I have created
a com component from vb.net by setting project-->properties-->
Configuration Properties --> Build and checked the Register for COM
Interop.
and build the dll.
It will create a tlb file. Now i used the reference of tlb file in vb 6.0 and it
runs successfully at my machine where dot net framework is
installed
but when i run in
the machine where only vb 6.0 is installed and dot net framework is not
installed. It generates an error on initializing the object.. .Active X can't
create an object. I think the problem is com component is not
registered.

Can anybody
tell is it necessary to install dot net framework and use regasm
utility to register that...Can i can't run com component in vb 6.0 (which
is created from vb.net) without installing dot net
framework.

Please help to sort
out that problem

your valueable help
is needed
