That would let you maintain them at one place. As for the UI, it is a bit troublesome. You would need to see these two approaches. 1. If the no of screens you need to share is very less, then you can copy those screens in both the projects and maintain them for changes(here is the catch) 2. Otherwise you would need to resort to a single sign-on kind of scenario, where the authentication, session variable maintenance etc would have to be taken care of by you.
