They are AFTER and INSTEAD OF triggers. You can specify multiple AFTER triggers for each triggering action: INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE. But in case of INSTEAD OF triggers, you can define only one INSTEAD OF trigger for each triggering action: INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE.
