Hi All, I think already most of the people asked about the Shared Assembly. Even I
tried that and created a Strong Name file with key then created the assembly the
copied into the assembly folder under c:/winnt/assembly. After that i don't know how
to use it in different projects, then I searched in net where i got that I have to
register in the registery to get in the list when u say add reference from VS.NET. In
microsoft support side they said when u add the assembly from the list it will copy
in the local bin directory. To avoid that we have to set the copyFolder property to
false. Now the question is after i copied into the assembly folder then why it is
copying into the bin directory. what will happen in the Deployment? Still I am not
clear with GAC and internals of it. where can i get the details? Please clarify.
Thanks Anandraj.A.
