Can any one tell me how to open a
file in the local machine and access the content of that file
and write a file in the server...
or any others means to
transfer a file from client to the server...

my
                application goes like this:

we r developing an web
                application using asp.net and ms-sql....

I have a HTML
file at the client side and i want to store it in the server
directory... and access the file and display it to the user when
                ever he requests...

thank
            you!!!
