Try this if you have a web application using ASP.NET
The following ASP.NET code checks whether the correct version of .NET is
installed on your machine or not.
Version verHave = Request.Browser.ClrVersion;
Version verNeed = new Version("1.0.3705");
if( verHave < verNeed )
