Responsible 
for design, documentation, and system testing of Projects. The architect will be 
responsible for consulting with the U.S. design team to ensure accurate 
implementation of requirements. The architect will look for potential design 
problems prior to development whenever possible. The architect will also guide 
and assist the local development resources, and will be called upon to assist in 
diagnosing programming bugs.  The 
architect will also be the local build manager, and be responsible for software 
configuration management and releases.

        Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) using Unified 
  Modelling Language (UML)
        Software Design & Architecture
        Software Configuration Management
        Manage Builds & Releases
        Leading and mentoring the development team.

Requirements Include:<o:p></o:p>

�        B.E. in 
Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputed 
institution.

�        5-7 years 
of relevant experience

Desired Skill 
Set 

        
  Strong OOAD and UML
        
  Very Good Understanding of Microsoft.Net 
  Architectures
        
  Very Good hands on experience with Distributed computing, 
  ASP.Net, Windows
        
  Forms,Web Services,Remoting, COM+, MSMQ,SQl,Sybase or 
  Oracle
        
  Expertise in developing high performance solutions using the 
  above technologies
        
  Experience in architecting robust and scalable 
  systems.
        
  At least one big or two medium sized projects as UML 
  Designer.
        
  At least one big or two medium sized projects in .Net as a 
  Designer. <o:p></o:p>
        
  Certification in one or more Microsoft Technologies. IBM / 
  Rational 
        
  Certification in using OOAD with UML Should be 
  capable of leading a team of 5-10 memebers.
        
  Very Good communication Skills (Oral and written). Good academic 
  background.�
        
  Excellent analytical skillSelf-driven and 
  Self-Efficient
