The only way to make this go off is that you would need to educate your users to set the security level for the Excel application to low, if you want to avoid this pop up - as it is no way linked to your server. Tools->Options->Security Tab->Macro Security - Set it to Low, to overcome the problem. If you have better solutions, you may use them.
