Hi Sachin,   You have not mentioned what is the language that you are using / going to 
use to create this application. Anyways, if you are using VB.NET / C# then instead of 
creating the XML file, you can directly get the data in the dataset,  and then let the 
user work on the dataset only.  Once all the changes are over, you just have to update 
the changes in the database tables.    In that case, the flow of the application would 
be something like this:
 1. On the ASP.NET page, the dataset is filled with data from the content of several 
RDBMS table.
 2. The user receives data in its browser.  3. The user then enters the data he wants 
into various fields
    (each of them having its own validation and event handling,).     All those 
changes are done in the dataset.
 4. When finished, the dataset will be updated which will update the database tables 
accordingly.   Just see if this solves your problem.   HTH,   Vaibhav Modak
