Hi, I tried the same and in my case the Session is working fine, If
Page.IsPostBack Then
ds = CType(Session("MySessionDS"), DataSet)
Else
If Session("MySessionDS") Is Nothing Then
sqladp.Fill(ds, "authors")
Session("MySessionDS") = ds
Else
ds = CType(Session("MySessionDS"), DataSet)
End If
End If
DataGrid1.DataSource = ds
DataGrid1.DataBind() Just check the lines in red, that is where I think the link is
