Try creating a normal html file with the following tag
<input type=text width="100px" height="35px:">
this doesnt render it according to width & height. Thats the reason for asp.net not
able to render (its with html)
msdn doc says
"If dynamic changes are intended for the height and width, the original values should
be set through style (e.g. "style=''height:200px; width:200px'') rather than through
the height and width attributes."
so change ur line
txt.Attributes.Add("Style","background-color: #95CAFF;");
to
txt.Attributes.Add("Style","background-color: #95CAFF; height: 35px; width: 100px");
also, you can commet out foll. lines, if u want
txt.Attributes.Add("Width","100px");
txt.Attributes.Add("Height","35px");
