Hi Sara,

I dont think there is an event, which lets you catch the unload of the page on the
server

although, using javascript you can trick it
in your asp.net page's html

write body tag as follows
<body onunload="javascript: return bye()">

where function bye -
1) would open a small window
2) call a page on your webserver, which is kind of registering the info., abt the page
closing
3) close that window

even if the user types in other url, this will get fired

does this help ?

Kalpesh
