Yeh Right,
One thought is you can write a stored procedures to backup databases,mail
databases.From apa.net application you call these SP's to take backup.You
can control the location of the databse backup,the name of the file also.
For example:
you have a button on a form,in t he button's click event,you make a
connection to the database and called the SP's.
This could be the probable solution.
