Hi Karthikeyan,   You should be accessing the dataset using the instnace of the form 
thru which u populated it. For e.g   Either declare a global instance of your Form1 
and then use that to access the dataset.   Or you can decare the Instance in the Form2 
and then populate the dataset using from1 instance and finally access the dataset.
