You can Set the AcceptButton or
CancelButton property of a Form to allow users
to click a button by pressing the ENTER or ESC keys even if the button does not
have focus.

Hi,

This is my situation. I have a a text box in an aspx page
                    with an image button along
with it. After i enter something in the text box
and press enter i want tht button to be clicked. Any idea
how?...I have other buttons in the page as well.....

Its possible in winforms....there is a default button
option for every form...but in asp.net i dont see
                any.
