Dear Hiren
U can compare the date by converting it to
dd-mmm-yyyy format. U can do this by using the format function.
as this convert month to String so it clears any
kind of confusion between day & month.

Dear Friends,
i have Date Compare
Validation Problem, How i should manage it when my date format
is dd/mm/yyyy as validation control matches the date in
mm/dd/yyyy ,
if any solution is there then please suggest me
as soon as posssible...eg: fromdate cannot be greater then
todate
