the this happens when an element with the name like phone address etc comes inside a
form tag not outside this .. .. im not sure how to override this .. but if you want
you can override this through DHTML .. im not sure if there is a way but if you do
find a way .. do post it.. until then maybe you can try the below script.. borders
and other styles work in such a scenario .. but background color doesnt see to work ..
