        Just a thoguht
, not sure whether will match you requirements.

Can't the transaction isolation level be set for the
transaction which you want to do on the DB.



The BeginTransaction method of SQLConnection class
can be used to set it.

Is there any other method other than Timestamp
in asp.net that restrict multi user to access the same data... and how
can we give roles permission like adding, deleting and selecting the data
of the tables in the SQL Server
