I have created a DTS package(First) - Which executes a stored procedure that selects the data from a two tables and insert into a new table(tblvnew) which is already created. And another DTS package(Second) - This package should excecute the DTS Package(First) and then transform the data from the table(tblnew) to a text file. For executing the DTS Package(First) we use Execute Package and we mention the package name. For trasfering data from table(tblnew) to text file we use Trasform Data Task having source as OLEDB Povider for SQL Server and destination as text file. But the problem we face is when we run the DTS Package (Second) thru Package -> Execute from the menu in (SQL Server Enterprise Manager) the transormation from tblnew to text file execute first and then only the First package executes.Our requirment is just reverse order. How can we achive this.
