Is it necessary that always resource files(.resx) have to be satellite assemblies?
without that also iam able to get values like..
ResourceManager resMgr=new
ResourceManager("LoginPageTemplate.LoginResource",typeof(Login).Assembly);
string s = resMgr.GetString("No");
my problem is on the fly if i do changes to .resx files its not reflecting , every
time i need to rebuild the solution...
