When I try to export my report in the PDF format in a popup window, sometimes the postback happens twice. In my code, I have generated a report dynamically, saved it in the web server, passed the name of the report to the client and gave a call through the popup to an aspx page which flushes the report to the popup. Sometimes, the call happens twice .. I have no idea why ...! If some one has come across the problem, can you tell how to rectify it ? 2. We tried exporting the reports in various formats .... it works fine with pdf, but when I try word or excel, Word/excel gets loaded in the popup(in the mode mentioned above) and the login page gets loaded into it. Could anyone tell me why it is happening ? My guess is that the authentication failure has happened somewhere .... but then what I am surprised is why would that happened that in Word/Excel alone and not in PDF ??
