Ideally you have to convert the report into a PDF ( which is possibe using libraries provided by crystal). Then let the user print from the Acrobat reader on a local printer. Other wiese it will be taking a server printer which is not suggested. For readymade code to convert your report to PDF go to the Exporting the report to a printer-friendly format section of the attached document and then convert it to eiter of the format ( e.g word, Excel, pdf) and then print. We have used the same method in our application. Should you need some more details fee free to post back. Hope this solves your problem.
