Hi   Remove these two line from your code...  
dr.AcceptChanges(); 
dataSet11.AcceptChanges(); 
These are the line creating problem there. Actually dataset contains two copies of 
data. One is originally fetched from database and one is chnaged. When Update method 
is called, it updates the real database with changed copy.  
But here when you are calling AcceptChanges, it is replacing original copy of data 
with chnaged copy of data and after that when you are calling Update, dataset doesn't 
have anything changed to update in database. 
Remove those lines and your problem will be solved.
