hi, I've created a Windows App using C# using SQL-DOM and works very similar to
Query Analyzer tool that comes with SQL2000. There is a certain delay, when the tool
tries to connect to the database ... during this time the UI becomes non responsive
... so, i decided to create a new thread and splash a status message by calling
another Form. But the new thread seems to be blocked or something and the desired
result is not achieved. So, does this prove that the System.Windows.Froms.Form
class is "NOT thread safe" as given in MSDN
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html/frlrfsystemwindowsformsformclasstopic.asp)
... if yes, then is there another way to do it? - Raghu (bignbullish)
