----------------------------------------------------------- From: BalajiKrishnan Message 1 in Discussion Hi sampath, Frontend(out web application) pass the date 06/04/2004(dd/mm/yyyy)(6th apr 2004) to sql server for inserting some records. But sql server treats this record as (mm/dd/yyyy) 4th jun 2004. This is our problem. We want to change the sql server setup. I believe, by default SQL server takes date formate from system regional setting. Here it is not happening that. My requirement is in sql query analyser If i say select getdate(), It should show 24/04/2004. Now it shows 2004/04/23. We don't want to change the program (WEB APP)now. bALAJI. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
