Create a new file the

Add number and name as first
line
Add address
Close employee file

Hi,
My Requirement is I have a text file which has employee
number and name delimited by space.There will be n number of
records.
So now i need to get each employee number and for every
employee number there will be a address for the employee number
in a database table.
So i need to fetch the data(Address) of the employee number
and check if the address is more than 100 characters and i need
to put that in the second line with the employee number in a
text file.(separate text file for each employee)
If the source file has 100 employee number i need to create
100 text files a destination file.
This I have to achieve using DTS.(SQL Server 2000)
How can i do this.
