Dear Prasad,   The problem is not with your Enterprise Manager or SQL    Code.   Its 
just that, by default, SQL Server, assigns the dbo user    to the creator of the 
database AKA (Data Base  Owner).   So, in the future, if u wish to create any database 
make    sure u create appropriate logins for the users first and    then create ur 
databases, tables, stored procs , triggers,    UDFs using that login only.     I hope
