Hence I would request all the group members to expalin the scenario completely and and in a logical format mentioning all the requirements like. 1. Type of app i.e. a windows app or a web app? 2. The scenario. 3. The actual error message or the problem explained in brief. I think if we have this kind or a protocol in place finding solutions would be not only easy but most importantly fast as the number of iterations would reduce. I would like the main members of this group (i mean people who are responsible for the updates of the group) to decide upon a format and mail it to all the members and post it on web site.
