A basic test case should contain the following
data:
1. Sl No
2. Functionality/Sub functionality
3. DB tables/Stored Procedures
4. Test Case Description/Steps to follow
5. Expected Result
6. Actual Result
7. Pass/Fail
8. Tester
9. Date
10. Remarks
Once you put data corresponding each of the
functionalities (in an EXCEL sheet) you will get a good Test Case Document
:-)
